Every rule for this account
These are the actual figures the evaluation engine grades against, not a summary of them. An account is held to the rules it opened under for as long as it is open — a later change applies to new accounts and never to one already running.

- The invented balance the evaluation starts from.
- Profit target
- $6,000
- The simulated profit required to pass. Progress toward it is on screen from the first moment.
- Daily loss limit
- $2,000
- The most that can be lost in one trading day. Resets at 18:00 New York time.
- Loss floor
- $95,000
- A floor that rises with the account’s highest point and never falls back.
- Position limit
- 10 contracts
- A cap on what can be held at once, so one position cannot carry the whole evaluation.
- Qualifying days
- 5 days
- Days making at least $300. An evaluation cannot be finished in one lucky session.
- Consistency
- 50% max single day
- If one day is more than this share of total profit, the target rises until it is not. It never fails an account.
- When a pass counts
- End of that day
- A target reached mid-session reads as pending until the trading day closes. Once confirmed it is fixed.
If it ends badly
An evaluation that breaches a limit is over. A reset starts a fresh one on the same account size, under the rules published at that point.

What has to happen before any of this can be bought
- Terms of sale published — what is being bought, how billing works, how to cancel, and what is refundable. None of that exists yet.
- The dispute and governing-law provisions settled with legal advice. The terms of use say plainly that they are not.
- A payment processor connected, which requires both of the above before it will take a single card.
When those are done this page will say so, and it will say so here rather than by quietly growing a button.
Read this before you decide anything
Most people who enter an evaluation of this kind do not pass it, and the fee is spent either way. That is set out in full, along with everything else that can go wrong, in the risk disclosure.
